The Career Coaching Collective is a quarterly workshop series led by a professional JET alum career coach who designs a thoughtful space for JETs to focus on clarifying and activating their career growth. These are small group cohorts which bond and grow together for the full quarter (three months) under the guidance of their career coach. This translates to personalized counsel in a safe and supportive community of fellow JET alums. Each quarter is led by a different career coach and therefore will have a different focus. These are appropriate for entry level through senior level professionals and you are welcome to join as many cohorts as you like. We do have “repeat customers”!

Each quarter, a cohort of JETs move through a themed workshop series that encourages reflection and accountability. In between each workshop, your career coach will also be available for touchpoints to discuss any assignments and share personalized feedback. At the end of each series, participants have the opportunity to meet with one of our partner recruiting companies.
