June’s Ouchigohan Menu: One Pan Meal

Join USJETAA and Japan-America Society of Boston for the June edition of Ouchigohan!—a fun, family-friendly online Japanese home cooking class! On the menu this month is ONE PAN MEAL!

Popular among busy Japanese homecooks is this healthy and practical method of cooking a whole meal in one large pan or skillet. Dinner is cooked in just 15 minutes!

Menu:

  • Salmon in Ginger Miso Sauce with Cabbage and Mushrooms

  • Okra or Asparagus with Wasabi Soy Sauce

  • Baby Potatoes with Carrots with Butter and Soy Sauce

  • Japanese Sweet Potato and Apples Dessert

The online session will take place on Saturday, June 7 at 5:00 PM EST.

Cost: $10 for USJETAA members with code JETAA
$15 for general public
