January’s Ouchigohan: Gyoza and Goyza Nabe Hot Pot

Join us and the Japan America Society of Greater Philadelphia for Ouchigohan! A fun, family-friendly online Japanese home cooking class in partnership with TABLE FOR TWO USA.

This January, we’ll learn how to make two gyoza dishes: pan-fried gyoza with a crispy bottom and dipping sauce, and Gyoza Nabe, where uncooked gyoza are added to a simmering pot of winter vegetables. Homemade dipping sauces will also be part of the menu.
