Celebrating 10 Years of USJETAA - Donate Today!
JET is an experience that is impossible to duplicate and has impacted each of us profoundly. You carry that experience with you for the remainder of your life. The JET community is here to celebrate that and grow with you.
We are now asking you to support the JET community by contributing to our annual Donation Drive. Every donation- big or small- makes a difference in the success of this small, but mighty, non-profit dedicated to our US JET community.
Our mission to uplift and connect the JET alumni community through programs and resources that foster meaningful connections and long-term impact can be seen through our activities over the past year such as:
the NEXT JET Mentorship Program where our alumni community helps prepare the next generation of departing JETs to successfully step into their JET lives. This year we had over 500 participants!
the Microgrant Program for Current JETs, providing small grants for JETs to execute projects and activities in their local Japanese communities. USJETAA supported 20 projects impacting almost 4,000 participants over the past year.
Japanese Language Coaching Sessions to help our community navigate and effectively use available tools to maintain and improve their language skills. These sessions fill to capacity every time.
a myriad of career focused discussions, presentations and professional development opportunities. USJETAA hosted 10+ career events with over 1000 participants this past year.
JETAA Chapter Grants to support the local activities of our JETAA chapters around the nation. USJETAA awarded over $8,000 dollars to support three regional JETAA chapters this past year.
bi-annual intellectual programs that continue to inform and educate our JET alumni community on a variety of Japan-related issues and topics.
Thank you for being part of this community. Your support helps us continue and expand our programs. USJETAA is a 501(c)(3) organization, and your donation is tax-deductible. Every contribution makes a difference.
